This imposing frame has a large coved wood outer border with an intricately detailed pressed tin or tole overlay. The pressed metal has a lot going on: Fleur de Lis, Cornucopia and topless mermaids. Also, swags, rosettes, flames and shells add to the excitement. At the bottom, the head of Medusa makes an appearance. A completely charming statement piece.
